Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Understand regional needs for MRO business development for L1 products in ISA95 model focusing on geographical area coverage, Specific Industry coverage and competition account penetration.

    This role is to cover for the entire portfolio of Yokogawa offerings focusing F&B / Pharma / Life Sciences segments
  • Identify suitable channel partner and complete legal and commercial vetting process.

    Sign channel partnership agreement
  • Identify the needs for essential sales tools, online portal etc.

    and make necessary arrangements to ensure it is made available in timely manner & helpful for users
  • Enhance channel partner knowledge by organizing training from product managers
  • Develop Channel business strategy (Long term & Short term) in alignment with Senior management and implement to achieve sustainable growth for channel business
  • Drive channel business by monitoring channel partner performance on monthly basis & share progress reports

Requirement:

  • Degree in Instrumentation/Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration
  • Experience in managing channel business
  • Regional business understanding and knowledge
  • Basic understanding of technicalities involving field instruments, knowledge of control systems eg Scada
