1.Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify high-potential partners in target verticals (e.g., cybersecurity, finance, healthcare)Develop and execute recruitment campaigns (events, digital outreach, referrals)Lead contractual negotiations, setting mutually agreed targets and program termsManage the end-to-end onboarding process: training, certification, and go-to-market plannin 2.Partner Enablement & Growth

Monitor partner KPIs: revenue attainment vs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years in channel or partner sales, preferably in telecom/technologyProven track record of recruiting and growing high-performing indirect networksExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel up to 30% for partner visits, events, and industry tradeshowStrong Office Skills (Powerpoint, excel)Basic understanding of Tableau or other dashboard or reporting toolsAnalytical mindset with experience using CRM and PRM platforms (Salesforce, PartnerPortal)Strategic Thinking & PlanningRelationship Building & InfluenceResults-Orientation & AccountabilityCross-Functional LeadershipAdaptability & Problem-Solving Rewards that Go Beyond
