Key Responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify high-potential partners in target verticals (e.g., cybersecurity, finance, healthcare)
Develop and execute recruitment campaigns (events, digital outreach, referrals)
Lead contractual negotiations, setting mutually agreed targets and program terms
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process: training, certification, and go-to-market planning
Design and deliver sales and technical training (playbooks, workshops, e-learning modules)
Implement incentive programs (rebates, MDF/co-op funds, tiered pricing) to accelerate partner performance
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess pipeline, deal registration, and revenue attainment
Collaborate with Marketing to produce co-branded campaigns, events, and lead-gen initiatives
Monitor partner KPIs: revenue attainment vs.
target, deal registration conversion, pipeline velocity
Track partner certification status and product adoption rates
Identify underperforming partners; develop corrective action plans or graduation paths
Maintain accurate partner data in CRM (sales forecasts, contact info, product mix)
Map and analyze competitive landscape, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs
Define quarterly/annual channel growth targets and go-to-market strategies
Partner with Product Management to ensure roadmap alignment and feedback loops
Advise on regional/vertical expansion, recommending new partner archetypes or programs
Work closely with Sales Operations to streamline processes (deal registration, lead distribution)
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth hand-offs and strong renewal rates
Engage Finance on partner incentive forecasting and budget utilization
Partner with Legal for contract templates, compliance, and IP protection
Skills For Success
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years in channel or partner sales, preferably in telecom/technology
Proven track record of recruiting and growing high-performing indirect networks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner visits, events, and industry tradeshow
Strong Office Skills (Powerpoint, excel)
Basic understanding of Tableau or other dashboard or reporting tools
Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and PRM platforms (Salesforce, PartnerPortal)
