Duties:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling products.
- Channel Development: Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach.
- Retail Strategy Execution: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Training & Support: Educate retail staff on product features and benefits to ensure effective product representation and sales execution.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years with proven experience in retail channel sales, preferably in IT peripherals, electronics, or consumer goods industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI and CRM tools.
