ATLAS is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our large and dynamic brigade.

The culinary program at ATLAS focusses solely on European cuisine style, with elevated bistro classics showcasing simple, yet refined technique.
Our food offering within that style is varied; our Dining menu encompasses bar snacks, formal entrée and main course dishes and a focused dessert selection from our pastry team; as well as an Afternoon Tea featuring both sweet and savoury elements, through to large scale canape menus for events and takeovers.
Learn from an experienced Executive Chef and further develop your skills in a structured brigade, within a bustling venue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare and executing dishes according to ATLAS's recipes, presentation standards and plating guidelines.
· Train, guide and supervise commis chefs, ensuring they follow ATLAS's procedures and standards.
· Managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen section, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness
· Effectively communicating with team leader and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
· Exhibits recognition, respect and tolerance in dealing with customer-related requests and situations
· Enforcing and following strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at own station and throughout the kitchen.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of working experience
· Exposure to Hot Kitchen brigades
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Available evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
· Team player with a positive attitude
· Able to work independently and work well in a team
