Job Description
Chef de Partie (CDP) – Japanese Curry Food Stall - NA (ID: 7786) Industry Food & Beverage/Catering/Restaurant Specialization Food/Beverage/Restaurant Position Level Junior Working Hours Mon to Fri 10am to 7.30pm Responsibilities * Prepare and cook Japanese curry and side dishes according to the established recipes and quality standards
* Ensure timely preparation of food items during high-demand periods, particularly lunchtime
* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations
* Assist in stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies
* Maintain proper portion control and minimize food wastage
* Ensure equipment and kitchen tools are properly cleaned and maintained
* Support menu development or seasonal offerings when required Requirements * Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a similar setting, preferably with Japanese cuisine experience
* Strong cooking and food preparation skills, especially in curry-based dishes
* Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
