We are looking for a
Chef De Partie (Garde Manger) , to join our team!
Prepare and plate all cold kitchen items, including salads, cold appetizers, dressings, terrines, pâtés, and canapés.


Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet kitchen standards.


Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cold kitchen area.


Organize and manage mise en place (prep work) efficiently.


Monitor stock levels, check freshness of ingredients, and ensure proper storage.


Train and supervise junior staff working in the Garde Manger section.


Work closely with other kitchen sections to support smooth service operations.


Requirement
Good knowledge of cold food preparation techniques and presentation.


Formal culinary training or equivalent work experience.
