About the role

La Table D'Emma' is seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team in the Outram Central Region.

As a Chef De Partie, you will be an integral part of our bustling kitchen, responsible for overseeing a particular station or area of food preparation.

This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, offering you the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and contribute to the success of our acclaimed restaurant.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our high standards of quality and presentation
  2. Ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of meals to our customers
  3. Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic work environment
  4. Assisting the Head Chef and other kitchen staff as required
  5. Adhering to all food safety and health regulations
  6. Participating in menu development and recipe creation
  7. Providing training and guidance to junior kitchen staff

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel kitchen
  2. Formal culinary training or qualification, such as a Diploma in Culinary Arts
  3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends and PH
Time: Between 10am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm(Split Shift) - 44 Hours/Week

Work Location: 8 Club Street, #01-04, Singapore
