We are looking
for a Chef De Partie (Room Service), to join our team!Prepare and cook food items for in-room dining orders according to hotel standards.
Ensure all dishes are served hot, well-presented, and delivered on time.
Maintain quality, portion control, and consistency for all room service menu items.
Coordinate closely with the in-room dining service team for smooth order handling.
Set up mise en place for the room service section and keep the area clean and organized.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Supervise and guide junior staff (Demi Chefs, Commis) assigned to the room service kitchen
Requirement:
At least 23 years of kitchen experience, preferably in hotel or room service operations.
