Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Demi/Chef De Partie (Pastry) to join our central kitchen team! The successful candidate will assist our Chef in the preparation and production of pastries for our various outlets.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, including desserts and cakes
Ensure all pastry products meet our quality and presentation standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
Assist in receiving and storing ingredients, and managing inventory levels
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and delivery of pastry products
Requirements
1-2 years relevant experience in pastry or related field
Ability to work 6 days, 44 hours/week
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
