We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
The Chef de Partie will ensure food consistency, quality, and efficiency while contributing to a fun, dynamic, and guest-focused F&B experience.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations & Food Preparation
- Work in a specific kitchen section (pizza, prep, etc.) with precision and consistency.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and brand standards.
- Ensure portion control, presentation, and timely service during operations.
Quality & Hygiene
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in your section.
- Ensure all food items are stored, rotated, and labeled properly.
- Comply with health & safety, HACCP, and company hygiene standards.
Teamwork & Training
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Support, guide, and train junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate smooth order flow.
Stock & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels in your section and report shortages to the Head Chef.
- Reduce waste and maintain proper portion control to support food cost targets.
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year as a CDP or Demi CDP.
- Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
