Responsibility :
- Plan, prepare, and cook menu items according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure food is prepared efficiently and safely
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure the quality, presentation, and portion of food and drinks meet restaurant standards
- Deliver courteous, attentive, and professional customer service at all times
