What You’ll Do
Chef (Sushi): Craft high-quality sushi platters, including Aburi and Makimono styles
Monitor ingredient freshness & food safety, conducting regular quality checks
Support colleagues during downtime to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
Monitor sales floor & restock sushi displays to meet customer demand
Perform additional duties as required to support the Sushi Seafood department
