Job Description
As a COO-level executive, you will succeed the current CEO in due course and be responsible for driving business growth, spearheading regional expansion across Southeast Asia, and scaling revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Deputy Leader, engaging in daily operations and management decision-making.
- Analyze and report on business performance data, and propose improvements for management.
- Coordinate closely with the parent company (Japan HQ), including regular reporting, sharing strategies and progress, and resolving issues.
- Support the CEO across all aspects of strategy and management (including preparation of materials, interpretation/translation, and participation in meetings).
- Support and operate the establishment of a Japan Desk to strengthen services for Japanese clients.
Future Prospects
In the long term, you will take on the role of CEO of the company and lead the MJS Group's overseas expansion.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum 15 years industry woking experiences
- Professional experience in the IT and/or ERP industry.
- Prior experience as a member of a management team.
- High-level proficiency in Japanese language in speaking, reading and writing as the meeting with Head Office is spoken in Japanese language.
- Preferably candidates with few job changes in the past
