Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate operations across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Administration departments.
Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
Serve as the primary liaison with external parties, including legal firms, lawyers, tax consultants, Sales, and Pre-Sales and other advisory partners.
Provide oversight of employee benefits programs and policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with best practices.
Act as a policy maker, developing, reviewing, and implementing company policies to support business growth and compliance, while collaborating with external agencies to design, enhance, and implement internal systems.
Lead and support system migration and implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions, minimal disruptions, and effective adoption across business functions.
Provide operational advice and insights to senior management, enabling effective decision-making.
Monitor key business functions to ensure efficiency, risk management, and adherence to governance standards.
Support cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve business processes and enhance organizational capabilities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Law, or related discipline (advanced qualifications are an advantage).
Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations Director, or senior management role with exposure to multiple business functions.
Prior working experience in a public listed company or within a portfolio of listed companies.
Preferably with professional background in a Software/IT consultancy firm, bringing a strong understanding of technology-driven business environments.
Hands-on experience working with external stakeholders such as legal counsel, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Strong background in policy-making, corporate governance, and organizational strategy.
Practical experience in system migration and/or implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across business functions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
