T-Systems offers integrated end-to-end IT solutions, driving the digital transformation of companies in all industries and the public sector.

Focus industries include automotive, manufacturing, logistics and transportation, as well as healthcare and the public sector.

T-Systems develops vertical, company-specific software solutions for these sectors.

About the role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, T-Systems Asia, the Chief of Staff serves as the right hand to the CEO - driving focus, clarity, and execution across strategic, operational, and cultural priorities.

The role provides strategic leverage to the CEO by coordinating initiatives, ensuring disciplined follow-through, and enabling effective decision-making across the Executive Management Team (EMT) and Extended Leadership Team (ELT).

This is a strategic operator role, not an administrative function.

The Chief of Staff partners with the CEO and senior leaders to translate strategy into execution, drive organizational cadence, and ensure that priorities, resources, and communication are aligned to business outcomes.

The role provides direct exposure to regional and global leadership, offering a unique vantage point to influence strategic direction and organizational performance.

The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives for the Office of the CEO, ensuring clear execution, measurable outcomes, and organizational alignment across T-Systems Asia.

Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment and Execution
Partner with the CEO to define, communicate, and execute strategic priorities across the Asia region.

Translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives, milestones, and performance measures.

Track progress and drive accountability for regional transformation, growth, and partnership initiatives.

Ensure timely preparation and alignment for regional reviews, global updates, and Board-level reporting.

Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness
Serve as a trusted integrator between the CEO, EMT, and ELT to maintain clarity and consistency in direction and decision-making.

Support the CEO in building a high-performance culture anchored in trust, clarity, and commitment.

Anticipate needs, surface challenges, and enable proactive decision support to maintain organizational momentum.

Prepare briefing materials, executive communications, and narratives that sharpen strategic storytelling and alignment.

Governance and Rhythm of Business
Lead the operational cadence of the CEO’s office, including EMT meetings, strategic reviews, and leadership offsites.

Define and manage the governance model for decision tracking, follow-up, and cross-functional dependencies.

Coordinate planning cycles and OKR alignment across the business, ensuring integration between commercial, delivery, and corporate functions.

Strategic Projects and Special Initiatives
Drive or oversee high-impact cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO, often involving transformation, partnerships, or organizational change.

Identify and remove bottlenecks, ensuring timely delivery of key outcomes.

Manage sensitive or confidential topics requiring discretion and executive judgment.

Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, trust, and judgment in handling sensitive topics and executive-level decisions.

Decision Support and Analysis
Provide structured analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

Synthesize data and feedback from multiple sources into clear recommendations for CEO consideration.

Maintain dashboards and KPI reviews that link operational performance with strategic goals.

Skills and Leadership Attributes:
Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical depth.

Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Expertise in ChatGPT, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel for productivity, analysis, and executive deliverables.

High emotional intelligence, maturity, and credibility to operate at C-suite level.

Proven ability to influence without authority and manage complex stakeholder environments.

Operates with precision, accountability, and bias for execution.

Builds trust-based partnerships and acts with discretion and integrity at all times.

Creates structure and clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications:
5–10 years of experience in strategic or operational roles such as Chief of Staff, management consulting, strategy & operations, or change management.

Experience in technology, cloud, or digital services preferred.

Strong program management and cross-functional execution experience.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage.

Culture and Fit:
The role suits a highly disciplined and discreet professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Success requires operating as the CEO’s extension, bringing clarity, driving alignment, and ensuring commitments are met with consistency and impact.

Performance Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured by:
CEO effectiveness: Improved focus, prioritization, and decision velocity.

Strategic initiative delivery: Timely execution and measurable outcomes across CEO-led programs.

Organizational cadence: Consistent leadership rhythm, governance, and follow-through across EMT and ELT.

Cross-functional alignment: Clear communication and execution across business and functional teams.
