We’re hiring a CIAM Architect who is technical, strategic, and capable of turning complex business needs into secure identity solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead design & implementation of
Customer Identity & Access Management
(CIAM) using tools like Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Okta.
Optionally work on Workforce Access Management, Governance (IGA), or Privileged Access (PAM) as business needs grow.
Build user journeys, design APIs, handle authentication and access flows with modern protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML).
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements & make technical plans that solve real business challenges.
Ensure all solutions meet security standards, compliance, and best practices.
Support sales and business growth by providing IAM expertise in proposals, scoping, and technical vision.
Requirements
8+ years in IAM roles — architect, engineer, or consultant — especially in Access Management for customers and/or workforce.
Deep hands-on experience with Customer Identity tools (Ping, ForgeRock, Okta).
Strong understanding of API security, identity/authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML).
Excellent communication skills — able to talk to technical teams and business leaders.
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
Bonus If You Have
Certifications from Ping / ForgeRock / Okta.
Experience with SailPoint or Saviynt (governance), or CyberArk (privileged access).
Familiarity with enterprise frameworks (TOGAF, SABSA) or security certifications (CISSP).
This is a 12-month contract role based in Singapore.
