Responsibilities
Configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing, and switching).
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Implement network changes, upgrades, and optimizations in line with industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT and business requirements.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and incidents.
Ensure compliance with network security policies and standards.
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent preferred.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Switching (VLAN, STP, Trunking, Port Security, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP).
Experience in configuring and managing Cisco/Juniper/Aruba or equivalent enterprise networking devices.
Hands-on Experience with Cisco ISE and F5 Load balancers
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and general IP addressing.
Nice to Have Skills
Working knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, etc.).
Familiarity with network security concepts (IDS/IPS, VPNs, Zero Trust, etc.).
Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
