Responsibilities
:
Strategic Wealth Management: Develop and implement personalized financial plans epassing investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management. Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all wealth management needs.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews,municate market insights, and proactively address client inquiries. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-net-worth segment.
Leverage existing networks and referrals to expand the client base. Collaboration: Partner with internal specialists (, investment counselors, wealth planners, FX specialists) to provide clients withprehensive financial solutions. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities.
Provide clients with informed perspectives and rmendations. Client Events: Organize and host client events to foster relationships and provide valuable market insights.
Ensure that KYC/AML and otherpliance norms are strictly adhered to.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by drivingpliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: 6 to 10 (or more) years of experience in wealth management or a related field, serving high-net-worth clients. Familiarity with Islamic finance principles and products. Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for wealth management in the UAE/Middle East. Existing network of HNWI contacts in the region. Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and wealth planning principles, with knowledge of regional investment preferences and regulations. Strong analytical,munication, and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and awareness of local customs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment. Fluency in regional languages are a plus. Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management. Mandatory certifications as required for advising on and selling financial products Education: Bachelor's/University degree Familiarity with Islamic finance principles and products. Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for wealth management in the UAE/Middle East. Existing network of HNWI contacts in the region. Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and wealth planning principles, with knowledge of regional investment preferences and regulations.
