Responsibilities:
Conduct feasibility studies, propose solutions, identify risks.
Define requirements in line with:
Resident Engineer Accreditation ,
Building Control Act ,
Fire Safety Act ,
WSH Act , etc.
Develop concept, schematic, and detailed structural designs.
Conduct load calculations and coordinate models.
Support legislative submissions and sustainable design practices.
Assist with cost estimates, schedules, and tender documents.
Ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory needs.
Coordinate with contractors and supervise on-site works.
Support testing, commissioning, and prepare as-built documentation.
Develop and coordinate civil/structural designs.
Assist in risk assessments and problem-solving.
Liaise with teams and stakeholders throughout project life cycle.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience.
Proficient in
AutoCAD ,
Revit , and Microsoft Office.
Familiar with local codes and submission processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to travel to site when required.
