Job description

Full-Time
Basic Salary Range: $2,200 – $2,500/month + Bonuses

Your Role:


As a Contract Teacher Aide, you'll play a vital supporting role in the classroom, working closely with SPED Teachers to help students achieve their learning and behavioural goals.

Your care and consistency will make a direct impact on students' daily growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in lesson preparation and guiding students during class
  • Assist with classroom management and implementation of behavioural plans
  • Collect data and observe student progress
  • Step in to lead class activities when teachers are on leave or training
  • Assist in CCAs and school-wide activities

What We're Looking For:

  • At least NITEC or 3 GCE 'O' Level passes
  • A Certificate in Educational Studies is preferred
  • Basic computer literacy and a strong sense of care and responsibility
