We are a professional mobile cleaning company helping businesses to build, manage, and maintain productive offices through our outsourced facility solutions.

Our services range from office cleaning to front-desk staffing, pest control, and handyman services.

As we expand our presence in Singapore, we are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor who will go above and beyond to lead our cleaning operations, maintain service excellence, and uphold workplace safety standards across our clients’ sites.


Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites.


Plan and arrange employee work schedules, ensuring adequate manpower coverage at all times.


Lead, train, and motivate cleaning crew members to deliver excellent service and maintain cleanliness standards.


Inspect sites to ensure hygiene, quality, and safety compliance.


Manage and resolve staff issues in a fair and professional manner.


Handle client enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously.


Communicate clearly with clients on cleaning scope, procedures, and requirements.


Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of all cleaning machines, tools, and equipment.


Oversee safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals, detergents, and materials.


Enforce and monitor safety precaution rules and personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance.


Support operations by performing mobile cleaning duties during peak seasons or manpower shortages.


Report maintenance issues, repairs, or replacements encountered during operations.


Provide updates and reports to management regularly.


Requirements
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning, facilities, or hospitality operations.


Strong knowledge of cleaning machines, chemicals, detergents, and cleaning appliances (training provided if required).


Familiar with workplace safety and health standards and practices.


Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


Attentive, service-oriented, and able to lead by example.


A good team player who is open to constructive feedback.


Physically fit and willing to perform cleaning tasks when necessary.


Able to work shift hours, weekends, peak periods, and public holidays, and be ready to respond to operational needs at any time as part of a 24-hour system.


Willing to travel to different work sites as required — assigned locations may vary.
