Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Operation Executive to coordinate and supervise cleaning site staffs.
Manages work schedule of cleaners and reassigned work to cover absences.
Check site's cleaning equipment condition, implement standard procedures for cleaning tools and equipment maintenance.
Inspect estate premise for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
Inspect work done by cleaners daily.
Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.
Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
Submit Overtime and Attendance reports.
Comply all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
