About the Role:
ADDX is seeking a
sales-driven and purpose-led Client Account Manager
with up to
4 years of experience
in financial services or fintech.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in
sales and client relationship management , who are passionate about private markets and alternative investments.
As a Client Account Manager, you will cultivate relationships with accredited investors, manage a diverse client portfolio, and help drive user adoption of ADDX’s investment platform.
You’ll also play a key role in providing feedback to continuously enhance our digital client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Client Acquisition
Proactively identify and acquire new accredited investors who align with ADDX’s mission and investment philosophy.
Drive sales through consultative selling, outbound outreach, and targeted campaigns.
2.
Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with clients, particularly top-tier investors, acting as their main point of contact.
Understand client objectives and provide tailored investment solutions.
3.
Business Development
Identify strategic partnership and referral opportunities to expand ADDX’s client base.
Share client insights to influence product, marketing, and platform strategies.
4.
Client Success & Support
Provide responsive and high-quality client support.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure investor satisfaction across the investment journey.
5.
Market Insight & Strategy
Stay informed on market trends and investment opportunities, particularly in the private markets space.
Use industry knowledge to anticipate client needs and provide proactive advice.
6.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with teams across product, marketing, operations, and compliance to improve the client experience.
Feed insights back into product development and user journey enhancements.
7.
Risk & Compliance
Uphold regulatory standards and participate in ongoing training and compliance initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
3–4 years of experience
in
sales , account management, relationship management, or investment advisory.
Background in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or investment platforms strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and growing investor relationships.
Exposure to traditional and alternative investment products (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, structured products).
Familiarity with client execution processes and investment compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence and build rapport with high net-worth individuals.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
