Client Acquisition Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new lending opportunities within the SME sector through active prospecting and lead generation
- Provide needs-based financing solutions to new SME clients
- Administer the onboarding and loan disbursement from new SME clients every month
- Ensure all sales processes are properly documented and close any gaps in the client acquisition cycle – from onboarding of new SME borrower to first loan disbursement
Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related field
- Has min 1 year of sales experience in the SME Banking industry will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of SME businesses and SME financing concept
- Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and positive personality, with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds and personalities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales activities and tasks simultaneously
