What You'll Do
- Acquire clients through roadshows and other business development activities
- Actively prospect and build new client relationships while maintaining strong rapport with existing customers
- Provide tailored financial advisory services, offering insurance and wealth management solutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand evolving client needs and recommend suitable products
- Deliver professional, client-focused service while meeting sales and performance targets
Requirements
- Local Diploma or Degree holder
- At least 2 years of sales experience (financial sales experience required for Malaysian candidates)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a client-facing role
- Must be able to complete the required CMFAS papers (M5, M9, M9A, BCP, HI, PGI); note that these are sponsored by the company
- Experienced financial advisors are welcome to apply
What We Offer
- $3,500 basic salary + monthly commissions
- i-Flex cash allowance ($1,040 annually, paid monthly)
- Average monthly income: $5,000–$6,000
- Annual leave: 21 days + 1 birthday leave
- Comprehensive 3-week training program (at Bras Basah)
- 5-day work week with rotational rest days (weekends may be included)
