About This RoleWe're looking for full-time Client Advisor to join our MBS Store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor contributes to the growth of sales in the store.

The Client Advisor is responsible for engaging clients and nurture their brand loyalty by conveying Loro Piana values, and maintain customer services as per Loro Piana standards.

Job Responsibilities

· Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, and preserve the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

· Provide excellent customer service and establish long term client relationships.

· Proactively reach out and recruit new clients, also retaining and upgrading existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.

· Responsible for the daily store operations in order to ensure the stock and the back-of-house are well-managed.

Job Requirements

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.

· Proven experience in clienteling within a luxury retail environment is essential.

· Pleasant, self-motivated, and a good team player with a can do attitude.

· Able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi-tasking.

· Proficiency in English, additional languages a plus.

· Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays following a rotating roster.
