Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join our remote team.

This individual will be responsible for connecting clients with the right candidates and ensuring the smooth coordination of candidate interviews.

The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment agencies, with experience in sales and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.

Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks are essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source and identify the best candidates for clients.
  • Manage the entire process from candidate screening to interview coordination and placement.
  • Ensure all interviews are scheduled promptly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Communicate interview feedback and follow-up with candidates and clients as needed.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding client relationships.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the interview process, ensuring smooth communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a recruitment agency environment, with a focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
  • Proven experience in sales and client coordination, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and candidates.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must have your own laptop and a stable internet connection to work remotely.
  • Comfortable using various recruitment tools and software.
