Account Executive
Key responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Project Coordination and Account Management
Financial Management (with support from seniors)

You'll handle project and client relationship management.
Understanding client needs, communicating their vision to the team, and ensuring seamless project execution are your focus.

Detailed Job Responsibilities
Project Management:
Manage projects from start to finish - meeting deadlines and staying within budget
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Report and follow up on actions
Ensure clear communication and manage expectations
Collaborate with team members for effective budget management on projects
Efficiently plan and allocate resources for projects to optimise time usage
Recognise when and how to escalate issues and involve senior team members
Provide support to other account servicing team members and internal function teams when required

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
Prior account management experience is a plus (open to fresh graduates)
Interest in design, branding principles, processes, and industry trends
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using project management tools
