Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Specialist & Client Manager to accelerate our IT contracting and staff augmentation business.
This hybrid role combines sales generation, account management, and delivery oversight .
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT staffing or professional services, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to deliver value through tailored workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing and contract services.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted research.
- Design go-to-market strategies and customized client plans to achieve growth targets.
- Present impactful proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.
Client Management
- Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Understand client workforce needs and recommend effective staffing solutions.
- Conduct business reviews, track performance, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements.
Delivery & Execution
- Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Oversee consultant deployment, monitor performance, and manage escalations.
- Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support contract renewals and extensions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
- 3–7 years' experience in IT staffing, contracting, or professional services sales.
- Consistent record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
Experience managing full client lifecycle from acquisition to delivery.
