Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding from start to finish
- Act as the main contact for new clients
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to streamline workflows
- Deliver onboarding sessions and materials
- Track milestones and gather feedback
Requirements
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related
- Prior client servicing or sales support experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Client-focused and able to juggle multiple tasks
