Job Description:
· Develop detailed plans to expand and grow the customer network.
· Provide consultation on product information, investment programs, and residency options that suit customer needs.
· Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have the best service experience.
· Perform tasks using the CRM management software and prepare related reports.
· Collaborate with other specialized departments to support and process customer files promptly, optimally, and effectively.
· Participate in supporting and organizing seminars and events held periodically by the company.
Job Requirements:
· Hold a college or university degree in business administration, international trade, or other related fields.
· Have at least 1-2 years of experience in product consultation in areas such as immigration, studying abroad, real estate, banking, insurance, or consulting and selling high-value products.
· Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in hunting and managing VIP/HNW clients, as well as an established network of VIP/HNW clients in Singapore.
· Ability to identify potential customers and build long-term relationships with them.
