Client Relationship Manager
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
You will also play a key role in strengthening existing relationships, supporting new business opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of corporate clients with a strong focus on satisfaction, retention, and relationship growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client, insurer, and broker communications.
• Drive client retention through proactive relationship management and consistent service excellence.
• Attend and support client, insurer, and broker meetings to ensure alignment and engagement across all channels.
• Host regular engagement sessions (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) with key stakeholders to review performance, address issues, and identify actionable opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and ensure timely service recovery.
• Support business development initiatives, including pre-sales engagement, client onboarding, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Strengthen partnerships with existing clients by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities.
• Prepare and review client documentation such as quotations, service agreements, renewal proposals, and reports.
• Maintain accurate client and insurer data, ensuring compliance and confidentiality at all times.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, insurance, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to manage conflicts, resolve issues effectively, and build strong client relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business needs.
• Strong passion for client engagement, business growth, and service excellence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels.
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in supporting and helping others.
