Job Description
Reach out to new and existing Japanese clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone (cold calling), chat, and email daily to identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.


Enhance client experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product adoption.


Manage a portfolio of Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients, with responsibility for revenue growth and retention.


Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for applicable products within your scope and expertise.


Develop deep expertise in clients’ advertising solutions, identify industry trends, and proactively address challenges.


Share valuable product insights, feedback, and revenue trends based on your experience and feedback from advertisers.


Create success stories highlighting how advertisers have grown their businesses through our products.


Advise clients on maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) through effective digital marketing strategies.


Training will be provided to support your success in this role.


Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.


Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales account management, or consultative selling.


Candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.


Excellent communication skills: strong verbal, written, and active listening abilities.


Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and passionate about working in a competitive inside sales environment.


Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.


Fluency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to handle inquiries from Japanese-speaking customers and produce professional documentation in Japanese.
