The company, a healthcare organisation, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Client Service Executive (Call Centre).
Job Responsibilities
Manage the corporate hotline and email communications by promptly answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries.
Prepare and deliver daily reports on account servicing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources for both pre- and post-account servicing, ensuring smooth implementation and successful client outcomes.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive client and company information.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
