You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth client interactions, trade processing, and compliance with internal policies.
Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with internal business units to ensure client documentation complies with policies and proceduresHandling client queries and order takingSupporting trade booking, settlement, and funding issue resolutionFollowing up on margin calls and collateral mattersManaging transactional documentation (, client suitability and eligibility)Ensuring adherence to internal policies and proceduresCompleting administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense claims, and mailing of marketing materialsWhat you'll need to succeed2–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client-facing rolesDiploma or university degreeFluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written), given the role requires to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues & department where the language specific communication is requiredCACS Paper 1 & 2 certificationStrong knowledge of private banking investment products (FX, equities, fixed income, derivatives)What you’ll get in returnOpportunity to work in a globally respected financial institutionExposure to high-net-worth clients and private banking operationsCareer development in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
