Who are we looking for:
We are looking to engage a freelancer at Senior Account Manager through to Senior Account Director level to support client engagements on a project basis.
You will act as a day-to-day contact for clients while also providing strategic input, ensuring delivery of high-quality work across teams.
The scope and level of responsibility will flex depending on seniority — from managing projects and client relationships independently to leading accounts with greater strategic oversight.

What you will do:
Client Relationships
Serve as a trusted partner and day-to-day contact for clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations.
Support or lead (depending on level) in guiding client teams and internal collaboration.
Creativity & Strategy
Partner with senior creatives and strategists to shape creative direction.
Deliver work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and add value.
Commercial & Delivery
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.
Drive financial performance, including forecasting and profitability.
Ensure best practice processes and reporting are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will execute:
You will be responsible for:
End-to-end project management – scoping, budgeting, and ensuring delivery to high quality, on time, and within scope, including weekly studio resourcing.
Driving financials – managing budgets, revenue forecasting, and profitability for assigned projects.
Partnering with senior creatives/strategists – shaping direction and ensuring work exceeds client expectations.
Developing internal creative briefs – setting up and leading (or supporting) briefing sessions and internal reviews.
Proactively leading the day-to-day with client teams.
Setting up client presentations – collaborating with senior creative/Client Services to develop decks.
Collating client feedback – capturing meeting notes and action points to share with the team.
Updating weekly status reports and attending internal status meetings.
What you have done:
At least 8 years of account management experience specifically in brand design
Experience in packaging design (2D and 3D) is highly valued.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
Strong financial acumen — comfortable with budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident with senior stakeholders.
Hands-on, collaborative, and adaptable to different levels of responsibility depending on project scope.
