Client Solution Manager Job Opening In – Now Hiring IQVIA


Job description

**Responsibilities**

+ Contact prospective customers to develop business relationships.
+ Identify and qualify inbound and outbound generated leads.
+ Learn the full range of products and services and identify how these align to customer needs.
+ Communicate Product/Solution knowledge and expertise to customers.
+ Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and solutions.
+ Sell a defined set of products & Solutions, manage and track all sales activity.
+ Promote and remain up to date on new products, new technology and service offerings of IQVIA offers.
+ Create, maintain and manage the client service agreement across business lines, ensuring consistency in service.
+ May provide input into local client service strategy.

**Requirements**

+ Excellent presentation, listening skills, and communications skills
+ Professional; goal-oriented; competitive; proactive
+ Proven track record in sales or business development
+ Strong work ethic and the ability to consistently exceed sales targets
+ Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing sales in a fast-paced, dynamic enterprise software application environment, especially to Life Sciences clients
+ 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Sales/Business Development
+ Experience selling Digital solutions to Pharmaceutical, MedTech or Consumer Health clients, such as Event/DMS/SFE solution, Patient Support Platform, Quality management System, AI and Analytics solutions, or Data management platforms like MDM, Data Lake etc.
+ BA/BS degree
+ Fluent English and Chinese speaking (necessary for client engagement)
+ Life Sciences Industry experience is an added advantage.
