The Role
We're looking for a Client Success & Project Associate to join our growing team.

You'll be the bridge between our B2B clients and internal teams — turning sales leads into long-term relationships, and bringing projects and events to life.

What You'll Do

  • Follow up on leads and close new B2B sales (corporates, events, collaborations, wholesale).

  • Build strong, lasting client relationships and deliver excellent service.

  • Support planning and execution of projects such as events, activations, and brand collaborations.

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and production teams for smooth roll-outs.

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, decks, and reports.

  • Contribute fresh ideas that shape how Creamier grows.

Who You Are

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads welcome).
