Client Success Managers act as strategic and supportive partners to both property owners and buyers, ensuring an elite end-to-end client experience.
You will work closely with top-performing Real Estate Consultants and internal experts to support clients at every stage of their journey.
This includes smooth onboarding, scheduling property photo shoot and video shoot, creating beautiful property listings, helping buyers find their dream homes, coordinating viewings, and driving successful closings.
This is a hybrid role that blends client advisory, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will play a critical role in showcasing properties at their best, managing client expectations, and improving the speed and quality of each transaction.
Whether supporting a homeowner selling a $500K unit or assisting a buyer searching for a $20M landed house, your contribution will directly impact satisfaction, conversion, and overall performance.
