Client Success Manager, GC and SEA
What you'll do
As a Client Success Manager, you'll drive satisfaction, retention and growth across a portfolio of Emarsys clients.
You'll build long-term partnerships by understanding each client's business objectives, marketing goals and challenges.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll show senior stakeholders how our technology can optimise customer engagement and marketing operations.
What you bring
You're self-motivated, collaborative and solution-oriented, with excellent organisational skills.
Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.
