Overview
We're seeking a proactive and organised Client Support Coordinator to join our Singapore team.
You'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups and a great overall client experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries and coordinate responses with internal teams
- Maintain client records, updates and documentation accurately
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth client handovers
- Prepare reports, presentations and follow-up summaries after meetings
- Assist in scheduling client appointments and internal reviews
- Track and follow up on client feedback to support service improvement
Requirements
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; CRM experience a plus
- A team player with a client-first mindset
