The Technical Advisor assists our clients in their digitalization projects.
- Manage the service level agreements as stated in the Managed Services contract
- Ensure service requests raised by customers are prioritized and delivered in accordance with the agreed timeline
- Be the single point of contact for clients for on-going operations and projects
- Be the technical advisor for clients in digitalization projects
- Involve in service improvement and recovery
- Responsible for team KPIs - monitor and report KPIs
- Report to Manager on any issue that could significantly impact the client
Requirements:
- At least 3-years hands-on experience in Systems/ Network deployment projects with SI experiences.
- Preferably with 2-years experience in project management and team management role
- Good customer service and able to manage customer well
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Well-organized and good at juggling multiple tasks
