Job Descriptions:
- Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization
- Providing service to patients and visitors pro-actively
- Perform reception duties such as performing timely registration and billing in Clinic Management System, answering phone queries, scheduling of appointments
- Assist Doctor in clinic with examination of patients
- Maintains stationary supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- All other administrative duties given by the Manager
- Management of patients' records in accordance with PDPA Act
- Maintain effective communication with patients and team members to ensure that patient's needs are met
Requirements:
● Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work and
problem-solving attitude as well as a strong commitment towards service excellence
● Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with patients professionally
● Ability to prioritize and exceed expectations
● Ability to work in a team
● At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry would be an
added advantage
● Phlebotomy trained would be an added advantage
