Serving as a clinic supervisor in one of the clinics and act as an over-all in-charge of the other 4 clinics via the respective clinic supervisors, ie.
pertaining to the smooth and efficient clinic operations/work flows on daily basis;
Lead staff updates/meetings, performance appraisals, continuous training/improvement initiatives and work within organization’s established standard operating procedures SOP;
A good role model/mentor to all clinic staff;
Familiarize with clinic’s range of services and products so as to be able to effectively communicate externally with patients and internally with doctors/clinic staff;
Handle patient feedback and resolve service-related issues appropriately;
Stand-in to be hands-on when needed; including but not limited to, reception and administrative work, patient care assistance and doctor-patient consultations;
Readily take on tasks/responsibilities to be assigned by management.
