Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Service Officer to provide exceptional patient care and support the smooth operation of our front counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist services at the front counter, ensuring accurate data entry into our computer system.
- Apply basic patient care principles to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain filing systems, coordinate appointments, and perform other administrative duties.
- Liaise with insurance companies to arrange payments and manage claims.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.
Requirements
- Ability to work 5.5 days per week.
- Previous healthcare experience is an asset.
