For our growing organization, we are looking for a Cloud Business Unit Head to join our Sales team.
Qualifications :
· Must have a complete understanding of cloud solutions and cloud ecosystem.
· Minimum of 10 years of work experience of which 3 years in sales of cloud solutions.
· years team management experience.
· Strong background in building and managing team.
· Customer facing experience and the ability to deal with ambiguity is a must
· The candidate must be able to work independently, with strong written and oral communication skills
· Advanced selling and good time management skills required
Main Responsibilities:
· Build and lead the sales team, ensuring adoption of cloud sales methodology.
· Identify and onboard the right partners, while strengthening relationships with existing ones in collaboration with vendors.
· Develop expertise in cloud solutions, advising partners and customers on best practices.
· Engage with partner executives to drive joint investments and business growth.
· Generate strong revenue and margins, building sustainable partner ecosystems.
· Expand the cloud pipeline by identifying new opportunities and supporting cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
