Cloud Enterprise Architect, Financial Services

Our client is a leading Financial Institution in Singapore currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect with a focus on cloud and technology infrastructure transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AWS and its toolkits, demonstrating a track record of successfully architecting and implementing cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Architecture:
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level cloud architecture, with a primary focus on AWS.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud services and technologies to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Technology Infrastructure Transformation:
  • Lead the transformation of technology infrastructure by identifying and implementing innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of new technologies into existing systems.
• AWS Expertise:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of AWS services, toolkits, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards and guidelines for AWS-based applications and workloads.
• Cross-Platform Expertise:
  • Possess knowledge and experience with Azure, understanding the nuances of multi-cloud environments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing solutions across different cloud platforms.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external partners, to ensure seamless implementation of technology initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on cloud and technology infrastructure transformation.
• In-depth expertise in AWS, including a strong understanding of AWS toolkits.
• Familiarity with Azure and the ability to work in multi-cloud environments.
• Previous experience in the insurance domain is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
