We're looking for a Cloud Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our growing team!
As the SDM, you'll be the bridge between technology and customer satisfaction-ensuring our cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or both) are operating efficiently, securely, and in line with SLAs. You'll work closely with DevOps, Cloud Operations, and Cybersecurity teams to drive high standards in service delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud services across AWS or Azure.
Manage daily operations, including incident resolution, change control, and problem management.
Ensure services meet SLAs, performance targets, and customer expectations
Act as the primary contact for client communication, issues, and service requests.
Lead regular service reviews and provide operational insights.
Advocate for client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value.
Utilize tools like CloudWatch and Azure Monitor for real-time visibility and performance tracking.
Drive proactive issue identification and root cause analysis.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning based on demand and workload trends.
Optimize infrastructure usage to balance performance and cost.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with security teams to uphold strong security controls and address vulnerabilities.
Produce detailed reports on SLAs, KPIs, incidents, and service health.
Maintain accurate documentation on cloud architecture and operational processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in service delivery management.
Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in cloud service delivery or operations.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiar with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, etc.
Solid understanding of DevOps, ITIL, and incident/problem/change management processes.
Experience in cost management / FinOps for cloud services.
Familiarity with automation tools to streamline service efficiency.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Excellent client relationship management.
Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
