Proactively identifies gaps that enable solutions to scale across customers.
Responsibilities

- Collaborates across teams to meet customer goals and improve satisfaction.
- Manages risks and ensures compliance with Microsoft and industry guidelines.
- Prioritizes tasks based on business impact and customer needs.
Solution Delivery
- Delivers solutions using proven methodologies and prepares customers for operational success.
- Supports change management for long-term adoption and usage.
- Guides customers toward secure, resilient, and optimized architectures.
- Shares feedback to improve solution offerings.
Opportunity Development
- Identifies scalable opportunities for consumption and platform expansion.
- Builds trust with customers to influence architecture and solution decisions.
- Maps customer needs to Microsoft solutions and captures opportunities in internal systems.
Customer Centricity
- Acts as the customer’s advocate, sharing insights to influence product development.
- Translates customer challenges into strategic solutions aligned with Microsoft platforms.
- Builds relationships with technical and business decision makers, including C-level stakeholders.
- Focuses on improving customer experience and transformation outcomes.
Partner Engagement
- Identifies and supports partner opportunities aligned with revenue goals.
- Collaborates with partner teams to develop repeatable solutions and support strategic implementations.
Technical Leadership
- Promotes technical readiness and mentors team members.
- Identifies gaps and contributes to scalable improvements in products and processes.
- Leads virtual teams and shares insights across internal and external communities.
- Participates in events to elevate Microsoft’s brand and contribute to IP development.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
4+ years experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
